At Lawi, we are committed to providing you with freshly made, high-quality gourmet desserts while ensuring a seamless ordering process. Please review our order policy below:
1. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are customised and prepared fresh based on your selections.
- Prices start from ₦10,000 and may vary depending on your meal choices.
- Once your plan is created, your weekly price will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.
- We accept Debit/Credit Cards and Bank Transfers for payments.
2. Subscription & Renewals
- We operate on a weekly subscription basis—your plan automatically renews each week unless modified or cancelled before the cut-off time.
- Payments are processed weekly as part of the subscription service.
3. Delivery & Cut-Off Times
- We offer deliveries twice a week: Sundays and Wednesdays.
- Please select your preferred delivery start day (Sunday or Wednesday) during checkout.
- To maintain freshness and minimise food waste, we enforce the following order cut-off times:
- Wednesday by 6 PM for Sunday delivery
- Sunday by 6 PM for Wednesday delivery
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Changes to your meal plan must be made before the cut-off times mentioned above.
- After the cut-off, modifications or cancellations are not possible as meals will be in preparation.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of our freshly made meals, we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed past the cut-off time.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription for the following week, provided the request is made before the relevant cut-off.
